Early this afternoon Middletown, Rocky Run, Brookhaven and Media Fire Companies were dispatched to the 200 block of Springhouse Lane for a vehicle fire with extension into a building.
Engine 46 responded immediately with a crew of 4, arriving on location to find a vehicle well involved in fire, next to an attached garage. The crew stretched an 1 3/4″ line and extinguished the vehicle, and then going to work on the extension.
Fire damage was contained to the vehicle and the corner of the garage.
Units from Middletown and Rocky Run also handled 2 motor vehicle accidents during the afternoon.
