2007 Ford E-450 Horton Ambulance

For sale is a 2007 Ford E-450 Horton Ambulance equipped with a 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel and automatic transmission.

This ambulance was manufactured by Horton in February 2007 and currently has 142,985 miles. It is equipped as a BLS (Basic Life Support) Ambulance and operated by the Rocky Run Fire Company. It could easily be upgraded to an ALS unit or used for transports.

The Ambulance is in above average condition for its age and is ready for several more years of service. It is routinely serviced by a local facility and is currently PA state inspected. All mounted equipment is in working order, including the Heating and Air conditioning, Oxygen system, Kussmaul auto-eject charger/plug, cameras, Siren, Air Horns and Emergency lighting with traffic emitter.

Rocky Run has been operating this Ambulance in addition to our other Ambulance to support our growing EMS program. Due to increasing BLS demand it is time to purchase its successor. This ambulance will continue to be used until it is sold, so the mileage will continue to increase.

The stretcher, EMS bags and other non-mounted equipment shown in the photos is not included but can be negotiated as part of the sale. Due to legal concerns, functional Emergency lighting cannot be included as part of the sale if sold to an individual.
